great work, i love puffins want to photograph them one day  --  Please take a look at my gallery [link]   I love birds , we have loads of them. I had to look up the Dutch word for this one though. He's called a parrot diver here

I guess we have a different appelation for them here but I'm not too much into birds and so I don't know !They're absolutely gorgeous through your brushes anyway , what a delicate work Janie ! I think it's an old Viking word. We get them along the Atlantic coasts and on the islands, so you probably wouldn't have seen them. There are a lot in Iceland, where, horror of horrors, they eat them! Ugh!
